The Paralegal Cup Moot returns May 9 and 10th, 2026.

We are a moot exclusive to paralegal students currently enrolled in an accredited Law Society of Ontario paralegal program. In addition to current paralegal students, we invite graduates and licensees within one calendar year of graduation or licensure, whichever comes later.

We are excited to host judges, lawyers, paralegals, law students, mooters, coaches and spectators to our beautiful Humber Polytechnic Lakeshore Campus, Lakeshore Commons Building located at 19 Colonel Samuel Smith Drive, Toronto, Ontario Canada.

Join us in 2026 as we celebrate our paralegal students and the paralegal profession’s contributions to Ontario’s administrative and legal system.

In 2025, the Paralegal Cup Moot’s Chief Justice was Justice Rick Libman of the Ontario Court of Justice. He chaired the panel of our finals. In 2025, our champions were Emily Clayton and Jaskiran Kaur Jandu. Our finalists were Mia Amore Papazian and Aysha Patel. Our top advocate was J Sarah Armstrong. Our winner of the professionalism score was Jaskiran Kaur Jandu.
